Saturday 16 August 2025 (1033) - Barnes Coaches of Swindon, Wiltshire BF24 ATZ, a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo new in July 2024, seen heading eastbound on the A11 at Fiveways, Barton Mills. Somewhat premature, the destination display reads ‘Merry Christmas from all of us at Barnes’!!!

The second coach was following (YN25 XJX), a Higer bodied Scania K410 new in June 2025. The destination display on that was more appropriate starting ‘Happy Summer….’

The distance from Swindon is around 160 miles so I suspect the coaches had been on the road since 0700 or thereabouts. No clues as to their destination but the main coastal resorts are further 60-70 miles away.
