Simonds of Botesdale YX68 UAC, a Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo B8R new to LA Travel, Kirkintilloch in September 2018, was departing on the 1330 service 70 to Diss.

Parked in the lay-over bays either side of that can be seen (left) a Mulleys Motorways double decker (relieving the sea of all-white buses today!) and Mulleys Optare Solo YJ55 BGU which had been new to Pullman Coaches, Crofty, Swansea in October 2005 and right Simonds of Bottesdale (Central Connect) YX72 OMY, an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro200D new to Simonds in January 2023. In April 2024 the business of Simonds was acquired by Vectare Limited which has applied their Central Connect name to the services.
