Thursday 14 November 2024 (1209) – Stagecoach East buses are now recognised as ‘safe spaces’ for those in fear of abuse under a partnership launched in October 2024 with Cambridgeshire Constabulary and the Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre. One of the changing displays on the buses shows the message ‘This bus is a safe-space’.
