On schooldays as this trip arrives in Mildenhall it first sets down at St. Mary’s Church then runs to Mildenhall College Academy (MCA)/The Hub travelling out and back along Queensway. In this view it was seen on the return from MCA heading towards the bus station.

Commencing Monday 29 July 2024 service 16 (Newmarket-Mildenhall-Bury St. Edmunds) was extended to/from West Suffolk Hospital.
