Friday 26 July 2024 (1249) – In late 2023 First Eastern Counties Buses introduced a fleet of electric buses on their services in Norwich.

36530 (BK23 LUP) was seen at Castle Meadow when working service 14. This was the first of the Wrightbus Streetdeck Electroliner double deckers and was delivered in August 2023 ahead of the main deliveries (36531-36548) which came in September 2023. 36536 (BK73 AFA) is on the left.

This was one of the ten buses (and then a coach) which I travelled on today during a bus riding trip to Norwich. The buses were:
