Well, at 2 pm on March 12, I was putting nail polish on as we were going out to dinner that evening at our favorite restaurant for my birthday. The fact that I had to take a picture at 2 o'clock was completely forgotten! I woke the next morning and remembered! I was going to just post a blank sheet with the word "OOPS" on it but decided instead to just post a picture of the polish. Didn't make the 50 required items this time.
