Ni l'un ni l'autre : c'est le musée d'un artiste français (Robert Tatin) connu pour ses sculptures mythiques uniques, bas-reliefs et jardins, un endroit vraiment atypique. À l'origine du site se trouve sa maison ancienne, et au fil des ans, il construit un domaine décoré de grandes sculptures en ciment coloré, en s'inspirant notamment de ses voyages et des courants artistiques du passé. Robert Tatin l'avait imaginé comme un lien entre les civilisations de l'Orient et celles de l'Occident. L'artiste a consacré 21 ans pour réaliser cette oeuvre monumentale.

AMONG THE AZTECS, THE MAYANS OR IN POLYNESIA? Neither: it is the museum of a French artist (Robert Tatin) known for his unique, legendary sculptures, bas-reliefs and gardens, a truly unusual place. The site has its origins in his old house, and over the years he built up an estate adorned with large sculptures made of coloured cement, drawing inspiration in particular from his travels and artistic movements of the past. Robert Tatin envisioned it as a link between the civilisations of the East and those of the West. The artist devoted 21 years to creating this monumental work.

BEI DEN AZTEKEN, DEN MAYAS ODER IN POLYNESIEN ? Weder das eine noch das andere: Es ist das Museum eines frz. Künstlers (Robert Tatin), der für seine einzigartigen, legendären Skulpturen, Flachreliefs und Gärten bekannt ist, ein wirklich ungewöhnlicher Ort. Am Ursprung war sein altes Haus, und im Laufe der Jahre baute er ein Anwesen auf, das mit grossen Skulpturen aus farbigem Zement geschmückt ist, wobei er sich insbesondere von seinen Reisen und künstlerischen Strömungen der Vergangenheit inspirieren liess. Robert Tatin hatte es sich als Verbindung zwischen den Zivilisationen des Orients und Okzidents vorgestellt. Der Künstler hat 21 Jahre lang an der Fertigstellung dieses monumentalen Werks gearbeitet.
