Eine wunderschöne Aufnahme des Goldgelben Zitterlings (Tremella mesenterica) oder auch umgangssprachlich in Deutschland Gelber Gehirnpilz genannt. Du kannst ihn sogar in die Suppe tun, er schmeckt aber nach fast nichts, bringt aber Struktur in die Brühe :). Nach Wikipedia soll er positiv auf das Immunsystem wirken.

Karsten, was du alles weisst !! Happy Snapper oben in seinem Kommentar schreibt auch vom "Gelbhirn" - und es stimmt, sieht wirklich sehr "hirnig" aus ! Aber sowas zu essen, egal wie vorteilhaft es für die Gesundheit sein mag, da sage ich doch "non, merci"....
