Thank you very much Joe. They are really eye catching and I love their cry.
Good feeding grounds for them up there, and we saw a lot of them in Scotland too.
When we were staying outside of Stirling the cottage owner said there has been a real decline in the numbers of bird visitors because of avian flu. By the number of these birds around it fortunately does not appear to have affected them too badly.
