That's really nice Doug. We have a large larch in the garden and it was to be extensively pruned in a couple of weeks. Although we haven't heard from the tree surgeon yet, I doubt if it will happen. Take care, Rosa.
Thanks very much for your kind comment Rosa. This one grows in a large tub in our garden. I found it as a newly planted sapling in nearby Broxa Forest about 15 years ago. It had been unearthed somehow (maybe a dog) so I took it home. The smaller bird visitors to my garden love it and use it to await their turn on the feeders. Obviously it has not grown as it would have in the plantation so needs very little pruning. I think we are all going to have to wait a long time to get any garden/house tradesmen (or women) visitors.
