Our HelpXer from Oregon, Derek, made us his signature dish, beef stroganoff with noodles. It is made with minced beef, onions, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Myeah. It wasn't beef stroganoff as we knew it, but it was very tasty and we all went back for seconds.
