We made a nest box out of a barrel, firmly chocked on both sides, with straw insulation underneath. Margery decided she preferred to do it the old-fashioned way and pulled all the straw outside to build a nest in the open. She has 10 eggs under her. Fingers crossed. (Our old goose Bets stays close by to help out.)
