We were in Florida and I remember after touchdown on the Moon --- car horns blasted for a long time.

People who didn't have a tv .. lined up outside appliance stores that had all their tv sets facing the display windows so anyone could see ..

It's one of those times when you remember exactly where you were Bill. I remember my training in Bouremouth and coming out to catch the bus I watched this with a lot of other people outside a Radio Rentals shop! Happy memories of my youth ;-))

Great capture Bill. I was in my last few weeks of RAF training at the time. Watched it in the "TV room" of our accommodation block!
