Pit no. 1 was founded in 1904 and the headframe installed in 1905. The only former buildings from early 20th century are the compressor room, headframe above pit no.1 and the winding engine room for pit no. 1, as shown here. The coal extraction was terminated in 1997. There were 5 pits in total.
