Caibarien - Art Deco

Back from Cuba finally, where we visited new locations on the journey from Santiago de Cuba - Baracoa - Moa - Rafael Freyre - Hulguin - Manati - Camagüey - Moron - Remedios - Sagua la Grande - Cardenas - Hershey - Havanna. Architecture (a lot of Art Deco), sugar mills (mostly abandoned), railway facilities and locomotives were the main subjects.........But first I will finish the stream about other carebbian islands.

I found this beautiful Art Deco building in Caibarien. It was built in 1935, the architect was Herminio Lauderman.

Hab ich im Bildtext eh beschrieben, das ist in Caibarien. Ein Städtchen an der Nordküste in der Provinz Villa Clara, eher touristisches Niemandsland. In Havanna gibt es viele sehr schöne Art Deco Bauten.
