My Reward (after 4,400 ft uphill practice)

Curd cheese cake has everything you need after a training session: especially plenty of protein if you reduce the sugar in the recipe. Of course, when you bake it yourself, it tastes exactly as it should.

Topfenkuchen hat alles, was man nach einer Trainingstour braucht: vor allem viel Eiweiß, wenn man den Zucker im Rezept reduziert. Selbstgebacken schmeckt er natürlich genau so, wie er soll.
