Das Wasser hat um Null Grad, und die Lufttemperatur lag irgendwo zwischen +2 und +10. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es oberhalb von 2.000 Metern noch sehr frisch.

Auf diesem Bild hier siehst Du, dass die Oberfläche über Nacht zugefroren war und noch nicht wieder aufgetaut ist:
