Canada Tour Vancouver

Science World of Vancouver A science centre run by the non-profit organisation ASTC Science World Society in Vancouver. Located at the end of False Creek, it has various permanent interactive exhibits and displays as well as areas with changing themes over the years. The building was handed over to Science World by the city council in 1987, it was built as the Expo Centre for the Expo 86 World's Fair. After the end of Expo 86, the building was converted into a science centre. The science centre was opened as Science World on 6 May 1989.
