Such incredible flowers - a great image. Sadly, most of the horse chestnuts here get ravaged by the moths, and their browning leaves look like autumn starts early.
Gavin, these are the white-flowered horse chestnuts that are being attacked by the
leaf miner moth, a major pest.
As I mentioned above, the red-flowered ones are resistant.
