Did you ski back down? The only time I have had skis on my feet was in Norway and the group was doing Norwegian walking! Such a hassle, so in the end I took the skis off my feet and just walked. But I loved the snow there. And I would like to be here with the snow.

Amelia - I've never been a ski hiker in my life. I've climbed a few meters and then descended.
But I skied for many years and enjoyed it very much, although when I'm on the slopes with my family I still want to enjoy the feeling of the descent with turns and over bumps...
But I haven't been able to ski for years now, I'm too old and I'm afraid of falling.
And I tried cross-country skiing, but staying on track, squeezed into the grooves of the given track, was horror for me. Then I fell backwards on my bottom and felt my tailbone very badly, and that was the end of cross-country skiing.

Eine Traum-Winterlandschaft! Nur das mit dem Skifahren ist nichts für mein Sprunggelenk;-) Verspäteten HWW!

Gudrun Ich bin nie in meinem Leben Skiwanderer gewesen, schon mal einige wenige Meter aufsteigen, und dann abfahren ja.
Aber ich bin viele Jahre Skilaufen gewesen und habe es sehr genossen, obwohl ich immer noch, wenn ich mit meiner Familie an der Piste bin, den Wunsch habe das Gefühl der Abfahrt mit Schwüngen und über Buckel zu geniessen...
Aber Skifahren ist nun auch schon seit Jahren bei mir vorbei, ich bin zu alt und habe Angst vorm Hinfallen.
Und Langlauf hgabe ich versucht, aber in der Spur zu bleiben eingezwängt in den Rillen der vorgebenen Spur war Horror für mich. Dan bin ich einmal rücklings auf meinen Po gefallen und habe mein Steissbein sehr gespührt, da war es entgültig mit Langlauf zu Ende.
