The full sentence is : PROPYLEA PYLONA ARCVM PONTESQ. EXTRVXIT – SIGNIS ET MONVM. OMNIGEN. DITAVIT A. MDCCCXXX (1830) refers to what Camillo Borgese built in 1830, as entrance to the famous Gardens of Villa Borgese.
