Madagascar, The Mossy Leaf-Tailed Gecko in Réserve Peyrieras Exotic

Uroplatus sikorae, commonly referred to as the mossy leaf-tailed gecko is a species of lizard in the family Gekkonidae. The species is endemic to Madagascar. It is a CITES II protected animal due to habitat loss.

This species is known for its incredible ability to camouflage itself as tree bark, lichen, or moss, making it virtually invisible to predators.
They are nocturnal and have the ability to change skin color to better match their surroundings.
