Italy, Urbino, Facade of Teatro Raffaello Sanzio

The Teatro Raffaello Sanzio is Urbino's main theater.
It was built on the upper part of the bastion of the Helical Ramp. In 1840, a competition was held to choose the architect to design the new theater; Vincenzo Ghinelli from Montescudo was chosen.
