Bulgaria, Rila Mountain Range with the Black Rock of Haramiyata (2465 m) and the Lake Peak (2657 m)

Rila is the highest mountain range of Bulgaria, the Balkan Peninsula, and Southeast Europe. It is in southwestern Bulgaria and part of the Rila–Rhodope Massif. It spans a territory of 2,629 km2 with an average elevation of 1487 m.
Lake Peak (2657 m) is the best place to observe all the Seven Rila Lakes, which are a group of lakes of glacial origin. The lakes are located at an altitude of 2100 to 2500 meters above sea level.
