Mating Poplar Hawk Moths (Laothoe populi)

A mating pair of Poplar Hawk Moths (Laothoe populi) found whilst taking a stroll around my garden. Photographed where I found them in the garden with natural light. I stacked about twenty two images in DMAP using Zerene software to obtain this final image. Taken May 19th in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Sí, he visto en esa postura también a las libélulas. La foto está magnífica, ahora se comprende su perfección por la serie de imágenes que citas. Si fuera en vuelo recordaría a un repostaje aeronáutico, pero parece que prefieren sustentarse, al menos el de arriba.
