Cannons and remains of Aircraft. Displayed in the garden of Gjyrocastër Castle's garden.
The aircraft is a Lockheed T-33 of U. S. Air Force. On December 23rd 1957 the pilot had to deal with thick fog and casually entered the Albanian air space.Two Albanian Air Force aircrafts forced it to land on an airport near Tirana. The American pilot was released in January 1958 but the jet was kept for good in Albania. Now it stands in the garden of Gjyrokastër Castle.
