Snow, One Transition Too Many

The Sunday Challenge: Transitions

Our leaves are beginning to turn as evidenced by the leaves turning from deep green to yellow. We had an unexpected transition that has come far too early (two days before autumn began) in the year, snowfall. Fortunately, it was just white rain as it only lasted a moment.This photo was taken from my doorstep.

I have to point out that it was snow. We call it white rain when it comes down like this but it was indeed snow.

we had some snow on the ground today (I didn't see it, just friends pics) It's normal for us.. we always transition fast, fall is our shortest season.
