GREECE: Postage stamp of 1933 Zeppelin issue, 100 dr. The set consisted of three values: 30, 100 and 120 drachmae. It was issued on 1933-05-02 and remained on sale until 1933-05-27. It was issued for the flight of LZ-127 Graf Zeppelin on May 29 form Rome to Rio de Janeiro. The stamps were designed by A. Gavallas and printed by Aspiotis-ELKA in Corfu.
The Greek "Zeppelin" stamps are common in mint (hinged or not) condition, but rare in used condition.
