A 220V - 100W heavy soldering iron, made in the Soviet Union in the 1980s. The original two conductor cord has been replaced with a three conductor cable with proper grounding and a Schuko (DIN 49441) plug. (DSCN0043)
That's an impressive looking 100W iron. I had a 300W iron for several decades which looked much like a larger low-cost 50-80W one. Sadly the element failed and I couldn't get a replacement.
