I know of several similar-looking churches like this one, which is Anglican. The Lutheran and Anglican churches do share similarities, and differed mainly in size, depending upon the community. The Anglicans had four or five different templates that used to build most of their churches in western Canada, with this being the smallest, with the three arched windows on the sides.
