My cry for help was because a hoard of bloody cyclists on their E-bikes didn't dismount (in spite of clear signs asking them to) and nearly hit me - the monster was benign:-)

I really like the shape and detail in the distorted tree trunk and it frames the water and reflections perfectly. Lovely light too.

Glad you didn't get run over by the idiots on E-bikes. As someone who is hard of hearing I hate the damn things as I can't hear them coming..!!
