Built in 1854 and extended in 1882, Østbanestasjonen was the station for trains to Eidsvoll and Eastern Norway. When adjacent Oslo Sentralstajon was opened in 1981 Østbanehallen was repurposed and now houses shops and cafés/restaurants.
