Aurora im Sørøysund

Frühmorgens um halb 5 südlich von Hammerfest. So weit im Norden können Polarlichter in allen Himmelsrichtungen zu sehen sein, hier Richtung Süden.

Vom fahrenden Schiff aus aufgenommen (mit Irix 15mm f/2.5), deshalb leider nicht ganz so scharf wie von festem Boden.

Dieses Jahr waren die Nordlichter ja so stark, dass man sie selbst in der Schweiz sehen konnte! Allerdings in Rot.
