It's high time that the UK took some really positive steps to be more energy efficient. We are still building new houses with a mere nod to energy efficiency. It is disgraceful!

Thanks a lot, Amelia! Higher energy efficiency is expensive.It has to be enforced by governments and neoliberal ones will never do this. If building firms want maximum gain and peole cannot afford to pay more you get nowhere, the "markets" certainly won't solve the problem:-(
