I thought he was confined!!!!!!

Here in Finland it is allowed to go out, if not quarantined because having COVID-19. And since everyone are not even tested, and not being able to know if one even has it, one can go out and do the necessary activities (e.g. shopping, go to work that can not be done at home office, and exercise).

So, we definitely do not have curfew.

Besides social distancing is nothing new to Finns =P
