Contribution for The Sunday Challenge #406: Over the top
Not exactly what I had in mind for this challenge. But because I happen to take the shot, and it seemed to vaguely go along with the expression, I decided to use it. Besides, I have had no time to come up with anything better.
And in a way this building is going to be "over the top", figuratively and literary:

It is built over railway tracks, and it will rice above almost all other surrounding buildings.

Somewhat over the top I also had to go, to get this taken. See the EXIF ;-)
F11 is the smallest aperture, and I had to choose as low ISO as possible to avoid most of the sensor noise.

It says: 'bursting with international atmosphere' which means actally that only the big companies will be there. Companies which we already see in other big cities.
