Thanks Bev =) A texture? There's two images of the same view combined ;-) ICM (intentional camera movement) used on both of them. One vertical, and one with horizontal movement.
Hmm... I need to consider using those sometimes. If I use any texture, I usually take that on the same spot where shooting "the primary shot". Like a picture of tree bark merged with a "portrait" of a tree. Or then I just combine any kind of images taken by me, without really thinking them as textures =D
the one I have used is the brickwork option ... and then there are options within that ...
one of them created the effect on those last two of mine which was placed over an
icm ... it changed the whole idea ... I like it ... and it seemed to go well with the
storyline ... the latest picture seemingly appearing the the giant was crossing the
drawbridge ... of course it is a guy in the supermarket pushing his trolley
towards the door ;-)
And on your picture(s) that particular texture works ;-) I tried some of those PicMonkey textures right after you suggested them, but could not find any that would please me on this picture of mine. But I only had a very quick try, and not tried for example different blending modes at all.

brickwork one ... one is very unusual and might create an unusual effect ;-)
