Yes, I know that expression =) In Finland we say "when cows fly" if we think something will never happen.

These we use as a Christmas table decoration, to remind us not to waste the food. In FInland we don't have turkey but a Christmas ham: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_ham
