Inside Sampo

"In Finnish mythology, the Sampo was a magical artifact that brought good fortune to its holder. ... In the Kalevala, compiler Lönnrot interpreted it to be a quern or mill of some sort that made flour, salt, and gold out of thin air." -Wikipedia

If you ever imagined what it looks inside Sampo, then it may look like this.

For a soundtrack I give you Finnish Piirpauke and their most known musical composition 'Konevitsan kirkonkellot' (1975): youtu.be/MOG57p7I_cM

Do watch the video as well, which is from the movie Sampo made in 1959: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sampo_(film)

Very nice shot.
Great to hear the Piirpauke music with it, they were one of the first groups making worldmusic, really ahead of time. Did you see the program on television about them? Else it is still to be seen in Yle Areena areena.yle.fi/?q=piirpauke&media=video
