Sun sets...

...also behind the buildings. I used old Olympus OM-1n SLR film camera equipped with 16mm fisheye lens. Getting the film developed and scanned turned out rather slow and expensive, and also the quality of scanning was not too great when it comes to resolution. It is a pity because Olympus never made full size digital camera sensors, and this lens works as a pathetic 32mm lens on Four Third system.

I love the outcome, and the flare is the icing... for me anyway!

At least it is extraordinary =D I took plenty of better sunset shots with my DSLR, but decided to give a chance for this old fisheye lens. It has somewhat funny history. I bought it back in 1980s and waited that lens for six months! When the shipment finally arrived, I was told it got stuck into a railway car somewhere in Soviet Union (yes, that long time ago...).

I love the color, and actually like the flare because it is well located and shaped. It adds to the color and depth of the scene :)
