Next time, look at the cutout handles - if the opening is rectangular, then the cutouts are Westinghouse units - just learned that detail the other day!
Yup! They even bought and operated the Pittsburg High Voltage Insulator Co. in 1921 until 1957. They also had some glass insulators made in the 1890s or so. While Westinghouse glass insulators are rare (even the most common style in a common color will set you back a couple Franklins), the porcelain styles are easy enough to find (I have a few out in the shed, in fact).
