Another re-post. I was reminded of this after discovering this other brakestomper pole in streetview: goo.gl/maps/Hhfzi8V9kSFPc8B47 (Also really like the red/white paint scheme.)
Next time, look at the cutout handles - if the opening is rectangular, then the cutouts are Westinghouse units - just learned that detail the other day!
