Definitely built when the construction standards were moving from 4160V towards 12.5 and 13.8kV... those wood / porcelain guy strain assemblies are another thing apparently unique to NSP but didn't last as long as the secondary racks.
This pole likely bit the dust-swung by the area today for some quick errands only to find the source step-down removed and the line brought up to 13.8kV.
