Actually the 12th printing from 1972. Spiral bound, on thickly coated heavy paper. Probably easy to wipe clean as needed during your first semester of Meat Cutter 101.

One of my first vintage finds, way back in the Nineties. I have 83 pages, but I suspect it was originally even longer and some other collage maker raided it first. :D
