The Petousis Restaurant is a very pleasant place for a cozy dinner with excellent house wine.

The meat is grilled on this rack – Antikristo style

Antikristo is an old and unique techniques of meat preparation, deeply rooted in Cretan culture. Originally, the meat was placed on large skewers.

Nowadays, the marinated or seasoned meat is slow-cooked for 4-6 hours. The slow grilling gives the meat time to release all its juices and develop many different flavours.
