Mesnil-Saint-Loup - Old Church
I had some information about a "commanderie" here. As the Knights Templar often had round or octagonal chapels or churches, I had hoped to find something, but this is - the semicircular apse of the 12th century church plus an added apse. The church was probably used by the Knights Templar, but got demolished in the 19th century - and only the apse (and the added sacristy) survived as a chapel.
The church in the background is the replacement of the medieval church.
