Could be as long as they were up there to replace a failed insulator, they might as well renew them while they're on site. Xcel did the same thing on the 34kV line that serves my island of the neighborhood when one post broke, they replaced the other on the same side.

I didn't think about that. They've been doing that a lot since Westar took over, especially in 2020. I'm still not use to that. lol
