New Insulators from Late 2017

One of the Supervising Linemen working over a project to fix the Power Outage situation in my area, gave me some old 4kv Insulators I’m assuming he helped take down some where on KCP&L grid or on Old Missouri Public Service Territory.

That one in the front is very close to the same style that NSP used on its postwar 4160V construction - but yours is top rest while the ones I have seen were all petticoat rest. (the 'rest' refers to the unglazed surface that the insulator sat on while being fired in the kiln).
