Since I'm racking (kegging) beer today (24 liters of my White Night's Stout) I thought this might be a good time to post a picture from Yamazaki, Japan, of Suntroy Distillery's mash tuns. Understand this is just the tip of the iceberg, the tuns are actually resting on the floor below and this is just the top of them.
