On my posting of 'how does your garden grow', Capt'E. said ; "Wow... so bright and colorful... will you do a painting of them?"
So! I replied: "I didn't plan to, Capt'E., -but you got me going on it. I wanted a black background so I did a rather surreal rendering in opposite colors and digitally inverted the colors. I'm posting it now a 'inverted garden."

Watercolor on Canson's 140 pound cold pressed paper. 12 by 18 inches. As noted above the colors were digitally inverted; Violet inverted to green, blue to red, white to black, etc.
