It is not a working mill in 1994 Swannington Heritage Trust purchased the mill only the brickwork remained since then dedicated volunteers have been steadily restoring it the sales being fitted in 2019 it dates back to 1790

A beautiful old mill..........and a lovely capture Peter. It's good to hear it's in the process of being restored.

I suppose some of the early volunteers died before the sails were fitted, in the Summer it is open on Sunday afternoons I must go and have a look sometime
